Refund & Return Policy

At Royal Covers, we strive to deliver premium quality mobile accessories right to your doorstep. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at sales@royalcovers.pk with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
  • Reason for return

Once reviewed, our support team will guide you through the return or exchange process.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation
  • Used or damaged products caused by the customer
  • Products returned without original packaging

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method (if paid online) or via bank transfer (if COD), within 7 working days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping fee, unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
